You may be acting as a Team Lead and provide guidance, training and direction to others.

You will be engaged throughout the full project life-cycle, work directly with senior representatives of all organizational areas, and be considered the highest-level functioning expert. Candidates should be self-starters, able to multi-task, work extremely well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with large, multi-disciplined technology and business teams

- Provide leadership and management of team members and project-based managed resources-Support for Enterprise Patching Program initiatives.

- Provide support for workstream development of non - security patching policy and long term maintenance, track exception plans and milestones.

- Proficient experience editing and reviewing governance and regulatory documents.

- Assist in the effective leadership of project-related meetings and discussions in order to ensure forward progress.

- Assist in the creation of management-level presentations that convey technical messages to a non-technical audience.

- Interact with all members of the project team, as appropriate, to create and deliver complete presentations on workstream goals and plans, including progress reports.

- Participate directly with project teams to complete more complex project work this may also include, leading smaller scale, lower risk items.

- Maintain project in an audit ready condition and work to ensure project is in full compliance with TPM methodology and standards.

Primary Skill: 7+ years project management experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Experience developing graphs and reports as well as frequent tracking of detailed metrics.

- Experience with the capturing and understanding of business requirements, quality assurance of results and interfacing with audit and/or regulators.

- Must be able to learn new technologies and organizations quickly, including the ability to understand and effectively partner with diverse organizations.

- Must be able to coordinate multiple technology area resources to source input and achieve targeted timelines.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English).

- Works reliably, both independently and within a team environment, with limited supervision and guidance.

- Must display initiative in problem solving.

- Must be detail-oriented, and possess a strong, results-oriented work ethic.

- Experience successfully escalating issues and tracking to completion.

- Ability to work efficiently creating and manipulating Excel spreadsheets/data.

- Proficient with the MS Office suite (MS Word, MS PowePoint, MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel).

- Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to coordinate effective collaboration across a team of Project Managers focusing on different functional areas for the same project effort.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous business system consultant / project management experience with IT infrastructure projects.

- Information security or distributed systems environment (UNIX, Windows).

- Previous policy or regulatory experience.
