- Overall 12-15 years in IT with at least last 3 years in project management.

- Technical and domain background into business Infrastructure Management Services

- Strong experience in managing support/enhancement projects.

- Should have led Managed Services Engagement of minimum 2 Million+ USD annually

- Solid Understanding of ITIL Framework and Guideline, should be ITIL Certified

- Should have experience in implementing ITIL processes for an organization

- Should be able to demonstrate initiatives taken for year on year cost reduction and productivity improvement in a managed services engagement.

Managed a team of 20-30.

- Excellent understanding of various Service Delivery Model

- Exposure to onsite as well as offshore.

- Strong exposure to project management like project planning, tracking, estimations.

- Clear understanding of project life cycle management.

- Experience in handling multiple projects.

- Exemplary leadership qualities and people skills.

- Good exposure to ISO level process methodologies.

- Understanding of project audits.

- Good Analytical and communication skills.

- Excellent client interaction skills.
