Project Manager - Human Resources - FinTech Startup

Our client is a FinTech startup and the role will be a permanent WFH role.

If you are a juggler, a hustler and you love the idea of working on global multi assignments, setting up processes, span up the organization and support them to grow to the next level. Then this is your calling.

The candidate must be a Tier 1-2 MBA with 5 years experience

Must have expertise in COE activities like ;

Talent Acquisition - (Tech hiring)

- Campus Hiring

- Diversity Campaigns,

- Campus and Employer Branding projects,

- Driven automation(like DarwinBox /ZingHR etc)

- Set up TA processes, SOP and policies.

- PMO activities

- We are looking for a smart, ambitious HR professional.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work with stake holders across countries / nationalities

- Ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands.

- Love for problem solving: work with data to make strategic and tactical decisions.
