Project Manager - HR Function - Big4

Big4 is hiring for the position of Project Manager for Bangalore location

Responsibilities

1. PM experience handling global roll-outs

2. Exposure to leveraging AI across HR function

3. Ability to partner from idea to execution across tech. and functional teams

4. Ability to drive AGILE project charters on JIRA

5. Flexible on time zones (US preferred)

6. Ability co-architect technical specifications for AI use cases

7. Good to Have HR tech exposure (WorkDay)

8. Good to have exposure to recruitment processes (pharmaceutical industry exposure is a +)

Desired candidate profile

1. 10 years of experience in project management across HR function

2. Project Management, PMP Certification would be preferred
