- This role is a unique opportunity for a young, aspiring HR professional to experience action across the spectrum of HR domain, get exposure to the strategic and tactical facets of HR delivery and prove one's value in the fast paced and high growth environment.

- The role will have project-management deliverables spanning multiple HR functions, products, and processes. The role will also have the responsibility for identifying opportunities for process improvements, enhancing employee experience, and bringing in efficiency. The role will require adept management of multiple senior stakeholders and functions and must have the requisite maturity to handle ambiguity.

Project Coordination and Monitoring:

- Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects within the HR function.

- Track progress, ensure timely completion, and manage project timelines and milestones.

Issue Resolution and Decision-Making:

- Independently handle challenges and issues that arise during project execution.

- Make informed decisions to keep projects on track and address any roadblocks.

Project Execution Assessment and Reporting:

- Assess project execution, measure ROI (Return on Investment), and identify areas for improvement.

- Prepare reports for CHRO and Sr. Leadership, highlighting achievements and areas of focus.

Strategic Planning and Ideation:

- Ideate and propose new projects and initiatives spanning across various HR functions.

- Study best practices from different industries and peer companies to tailor our strategies.

Aid in HR Analytics and Dashboards:

- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage HR data to drive insights and make informed decisions. Analyze trends, turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance metrics.

- Design and Maintain Dashboards: Create dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power BI or Tableau. These dashboards should provide real-time insights into HR KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

- Benchmarking and Metrics: Compare HR metrics against industry benchmarks and set targets for improvement.

People and Vendor Management:

- Lead and evaluate project managers and other stakeholders involved in HR projects.

- Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed.
