- Demand Management and Reporting

- Overall Demand Management Function (New Demand Management, Demand Validation & Consolidation and Demand

- Reporting (Actuals and Forecasting) including Cost Saves)

- BAU Management and Control

- Collaboration with Cross functional teams

- Relationship Management

- Status Reporting, Risk and Escalation Management

- New Demand Management

- Demand Data Validation and Consolidation

- Demand Reporting (Snapshot, Detailed Report and Cost Saves)

- Monthly management of demand and headcount forecast reporting

- Monthly reporting against target (headcount - New additions and replacements)

- 3rd Party Contract Staffing checks

- Monthly reconciliation of RLS and Demand Data

- CSIL, Internal reporting of demand data

- Demand Automation

- Empower Cross Functional teams

- Empower Cross Functional teams with Data, Analysis and Strategy for improvement

- Recruitment Scorecard, analysis, improvement

- Help in Capacity and Infrastructure planning

- Help in Recruitment Prioritization and Demand Fulfillment

- Help in Resource Analysis (Decline/No shows, Attrition and Other Resource related parameters) and Trending

- Collaboration with Cross functional teams, PMOs to address issues, concerns, brainstrom on ideas and share best practices

- Supports Management in all key staffing and demand decisions with data points, business case and presentations

- Talent Management and Engagement
