Job Title : Project Manager

Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Director - Strategy and Business Development.

Primary Job Objective :

- The overall responsibility would be to support product sourcing projects between regions in emerging markets.

- Working with different teams (both internal and external) across regions for all steps - ideation, forecasting, collection of market data, estimating profitability for new launches, negotiations for closing deal terms, executing of launch plans, debottlenecking issues related to launch, and stakeholder management in line with business goals, strengths and capabilities across key therapy areas.

Core Job Responsibilities :

- Overall responsibility for driving product sourcing projects between different regions working closely with BD teams, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations and I&D teams

- Coordinating between regions and relevant stakeholders - both internal and external as part of the product sourcing process

- Work closely with the teams to build the project plan right from ideation stage to due-diligence stage

- Ensuring timely execution as per the project plan while debottlenecking any issues

- Continue providing the required support post due-diligence till deal closure stage

- Create platform to provide visibility to senior management on all ongoing projects as part of the Inter-BU Collaboration project

- Coordinate between NPI teams across affiliates to process manage the NPI project

- Work closely with relevant Cross-Functional teams at each stage of NPI project

- Responsible for conducting Ideation workshops and regularly updating the NPI tracker and playbook

Experience/Training Required :

- 2-3 years- experience in a project management role (management consulting experience would be an added advantage)

- Candidates having experience in managing projects involving emerging markets (Africa, Asia-Pacific, Russia and Latin America) are preferred.

- Candidate should have demonstrated working ability with senior leadership team with a strong skill set for clear communication and driving impact focus during projects.
