The company is the leading Protection Services provider in Asia. We currently operate our protection services platform through a B2B business and a B2C business in Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam and Japan. We offer life assistance and protection services through selective business partnerships in the Asian markets.

Job Responsibilities

The Project Manager Job is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who would like to work in a fast paced environment and experience significant exposure to various facets of the business.

Market Assessment

- Develop Market assessment report and size business opportunities for the group in emerging markets

- Define target segments, conduct need analysis across income segments & develop reports on consumer insights

- Competitive product and services benchmarking

- Mapping of best practices across Industries

Product Development

- Support the Product Development Initiatives for the group

- Assist in development of product financials and profitability / RoI analysis

- Co-ordination with research agencies for product testing through consumer research (quant and qual)

Operations

- Lead development of processes & servicing

- Support Setup of backend for customer fulfillment

- Identification & first level negotiation with vendors

- Development & documentation of process maps & Service Level Standards

- Supervision of customer call center

Business Development

- Support the Business Development initiatives for the group.

- Shortlisting & first level contact with distribution partners

Other Responsibilities

- Support the marketing & communications initiatives for the group

- Assist in development of long range business plans

- Assist in other responsibilities as required.

Required Qualifications

- Post Graduate with minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in the General Insurance

Industry

- Solid understanding of consumer behavior, product development & marketing

- Understanding of the dynamics of various protection services & products

- Business Development / B2B sales experience would be advantageous

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

- Good knowledge of MS office tools, e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint
