Project Manager - FMCG - IIT/NIT/BITS

A Project Manager will organize and manage the various long & short-term innovation projects to ensure successful accomplishments.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Post implementation tracking for project success matrix.

- Communication with all stakeholders .

- Creating reports and updates for effective project management .

- Prepare the governance model

- Gather intelligence on the project and do profitability Analysis.

- Designing and controlling the project schedule.

- Preparing presentations to update senior management on the project's progress and showcase the project's value.

- Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.

- Looking for ways to increase the project's profitability and reduce expenses where possible.

- Co-ordinating with various external agencies

- Reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, emails, etc.

- Write technical reports and cost estimates, documenting development work and implementing profit improvement programs

Requisite:

- B. Tech from a premier University /Institute, preferably Mechanical

- PG Diploma or degree in Management and /or IT would be added advantage
