Project Manager :   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:   - Conceptualise, validate and Implement capital project work through appropriate resourcing and prioritisation.  - Champion the use of project engineering processes and standards across all delivery channels for site. Identify skills gaps and training requirements by channel to ensure standards are maintained.  - Implement profit improvement projects eg. Innovative solutions to Capacity improvement (De bottlenecking, indigenisation, OEE improvements etc) to lower total supply chain costs.  - Constantly engage Operations/Factory teams to ensure   - Appropriate capacity is available to meet organic growth and optimise OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness)  - Delivery of appropriate business sustaining upgrades   - Meet legislative requirements  - Meet QEHS goals and ensure a safe work environment  - Manage the Engineering expenditure budget and capital contract
