Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to lead the construction of our new factory, placing a primary emphasis on quality management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects to the highest quality standards, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
Implement and maintain a rigorous quality control program to ensure construction adheres to industry standards and specifications. This includes inspection, testing, and documentation of quality processes.
Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks related to quality and develop mitigation strategies to maintain the highest quality throughout the construction process.
Supplier and Contractor Coordination:
Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure the use of quality materials and services that meet project quality standards.
Compliance:
Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and other legal requirements with a specific focus on quality-related compliance.
Problem Solving:
Proactively address any quality-related project issues or deviations from standards and find effective solutions to maintain top-notch quality.
Job Requirements:
- Proven track record with a minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction, emphasizing quality management.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or similar qualifications in quality control and management.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices related to quality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, with a strong focus on quality management.
