They are a CMMI Level 5 company providing world-class Application Development and Maintenance services to various group companies. The company has grown from 25 employees in December 2003 to over 1,000 employees today and it is a benchmark for IT / ITeS operations within the Group.  Position : Project Manager – Facilities  Education : BE in Civil Engg  Experience : 7-8 years   Location : Thiruvananthapuram ( Locals or outsiders with Kerala origin preferred )  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  1. Candidate will lead the strategic implementation of facility expansion projects and perform other duties as required by the Management. Responsible for preparing planning reports, Coordinate project submittals, Facilitate regulatory agency approvals, Study design package standards, Prepare scope of work and other processes, Develop and verify project control documents and status reports. Supervise relatively lower priority projects through the designated Vendor Manager.  2. For all projects, ensure smooth delivery as per agreed time schedules and/or time to market. Monitor all projects through regular project meetings and updates as per pre-agreed frequency. Support the project teams in trouble shooting and circumventing obstacles and road-blocks, through own resources and in conjunction with Senior Management. Keep Senior Management regularly updated on progress of each project, possible delays or re-scheduling and alternative actions required, if any, to mitigate any adverse effect of these delays / re-scheduling.  3. Responsible for completion of the project within time limit. Responsible for quality management of the work. Based upon the strategic and annual plans, coordinates prioritisation and implementation of projects. Coordinates periodic meetings and collection of each business and support unit’s updated action plan for each project, for discussion at monthly meetings. Integrates projects of individual units into a consolidated report to Senior Management. Assists in execution of special projects considered strategic for growth, as assigned by Senior Management. Supports the Management on outside projects.  4. He/she should be B.E. in Civil Engineering. Minimum 7-8 years’ experience of end to end project management. Experience in facilities project management. Can manage multiple projects at same time. Must have very good analytical and planning skills. Very Good Project Management skills.
