Project Manager - eTicketing Platform

Searching for Project Manager for one of the largest global e-ticketing platform to be based at Doha, Qatar.

Job Responsibilities - 

- Leading and managing a team of enthusiastic team of high energy professionals and making them successful leaders

- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring efficient and profitable software delivery operations.

- Bringing strong technology leadership to drive high quality work in the areas of custom software development and content management

- Transforming QA group to ensure they become keepers of quality rather than testers

- Continuing on the philosophy of openness and cordial work relationships among team members

- Identifying and developing leaders for future

- Bring though leadership to adopt new challenges and changes in the technology world and preparing the team to take on new frontiers as the business transforms with ongoing changes in demand

- Identifying and Initiating internal projects to ensure efficient delivery operations

- Plan for optimum resource utilization and synchronize with HR for resource needs

- Forward looking in adopting newer technologies to boost existing operations

Required Skills - 

- Should have 10+ years of experience in Product and services both

- Expert in project management, including onsite experience at international client locations

- Must have been hands on during career with experience in any programming language

- Good knowledge of Cloud based platforms

- Good to Have: Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE, etc.

- Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills
