ERP Project Manager

We have an opportunity with Japanese MNC for the role "ERP Project Manager"

About the Company - It is a Japanese MNC, global leader in manufacturing of power transmisson belts and conveyor belts for industrial and Automotive OEMs.

Responsibilities:

- Drafting Business Process Flow Chart in excel/word and understanding for better implementation.

- Drafting for identification of Gap in present and new system in excel/word.

- Discussion with all concern owners/PIC's about understanding present and new system.

- Regular reporting to all stakeholders since inception till date about project management

- Discuss and satisfy various stakeholders regarding project implementation, management, and control.

- To identify and suggest technical gray areas with industry standard practices and to align current business process flow chart with revised recommendation.

- Managerial capability to keep informed all management members about project status, education, and training team members, responsible for team development.

- Handling and lesioning with various stake holders including other department PIC, vendor, BCI group company, local team etc regularly.

Necessary Skill / Experience:

- Having minimum 7 years' Experience in Microsoft Navision ERP Implementation (NAV/BC/SAP/Oracle etc) as Project Manager or consultant for Manufacturing Company

- Microsoft BC 365 ERP Implementation Experience

- Hands on experience in Microsoft Word/ Excel, Power Point Presentation tools for controlling project management

- Expert communication skill especially English as he/she needs to communicate our Japanese ERP implementation team including our Japanese parent company team members

- Expert and having experience in various IT Application Software's including running knowledge of infrastructure

- Having knowledge and experience in introducing ERP System introduction, IT system, Design, Implementation, Testing, Migration, infrastructure etc. based on BIPL business requirements.

- Understanding master and transaction data in ERP e.g. Item Master, Customer Master, Vendor Master, BOM/routing, SO, PO, Invoice, Shipment, GL, Inventory ledgers etc

Working Hours: 8:45-17:15 (One Saturday off, Sunday - off)
