Project Manager - eLearning & Games
Key Objectives and Deliverables:
Project and Stakeholder Management:
- Effectively manage multiple projects and exhibit flexibility in moving across business areas depending on project assignment.
- Develop and maintain project plans using project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and Wrike).
- Build, communicate and manage credible project timelines.
- Influence or negotiate change of timelines and content with other team members and stakeholders.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks to delivery.
- Effectively collaborate and work with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely project completion and escalate issues, as appropriate.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, graphic designers, and other stakeholders to plan, develop, and implement engaging and effective Learning solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project roadblocks.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues proactively, taking corrective action as needed.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed of project progress and updates.
- Track and analyze project data to identify areas for improvement in the Learning content development process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience project managing learning and development projects.
- Strong project management skills with experience using project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Understanding of instructional design best practices is a plus.
