The candidate should have experience in :

1. Managing eLearning projects

2. Managing a team of 30 + Graphic Designers, Visualisers, Instructional Designers, Content Developers etc

3. Experience in Custom eLearning Development

4. Scheduling, controlling the time line and resources

5. Sensing the likely deviation in project timeline and initiating corrective action

6. Sizing/Estimating the project and presenting before the customer

7. Creating a winning team.
