Project Manager

- Independently manage and successfully deliver e-learning content development projects within the constraints of budget, schedule, quality and CSAT.

- Single point of contact for clients for project-related activities

- Coordinate with SME, ID, and Media teams on projects; Facilitate customer, delivery team, and project team interactions

- Manage customer manager expectations and enhance relationships to establish successful project

- Coordinate with contractual/external resources for work allocation and tracking as per schedule

- Ensure optimum utilization of all types of resources assigned to her/his team

- Handle day-to-day team issues (leaves, team conflicts, resource scheduling, work allocation, etc.) and provide effective, structured timely and feedback

- Develop and maintain project artefacts including Project Estimations, Scope documents, Project Plan, Project Schedule, Status Reports, Quality and Profitability reports

- Maintain compliance and audit documents

- Open to visit/stationed at client location, if required

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Should have good understanding of e learning processes & DLC (ADDIE as well as agile).

- Should be able to develop and manage project plan, project schedule, resource plan, risk plan and status reports independently.

- Experience of handling and interacting with clients across the globe.

- Minimum e learning project management experience of 2-3 years or worked as a project coordinator from last 3-4 years and have effort, schedule and quality as primary KRA.

- Good knowledge of instructional design principles and have worked as ID for min 2 years.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Should have applied Risk management, Stakeholder management, and Quality management best practices in an eLearning project / environment.

- Should have good ATD and negotiation skills

Job Qualifications :

- Any Bachelor's degree/P.G is required.

- 6 or more years of experience in on-line Learning industry, providing exemplary customer service to individuals and organizations

- 3 or more years of experience in Project management within the learning industry Managing teams of 15 or more people in all phases of the Project life cycle (initiate, perform, close, and operate).
