- They are also developing a comprehensive, out-of- school, online learning platform using their highly refined understanding of the problem-solving approach. Utilising gaming and analytics technologies, they are building an adaptive problem-solving world where children can experiment with problems in their own way and at their own pace while generating insightful data and feedback for themselves and their teachers.

- In 2010, it raised its first capital, in 2014 it reached half a million students, and in 2015 it did its first acquisition of an emerging Ed-Tech company.

- The Academic Manager is responsible for delivering high-quality content to Product Development on agreed timelines. S/he will do this by -

- Taking end-to-end ownership of all academic output of a given project

- Holding authors accountable for quality and timely delivery of work

- Reviewing authored output for pedagogical and conceptual quality.

- Direct responsibility for a multi-disciplinary team of authors and editors working on a project.

- Set a culture of quality, accountability, and meritocracy on the team.

- Secure help from SME team in hiring, training and solving academic issues across subjects.

- Run project dashboards and give regular feedback to all authors.

- Project Delivery on time

- Maintain quality of Delivered Project

- Hire and retain authoring team for a given project.

Candidate Profile :

- M.Ed. or MA in core academic subject from top 50 universities

- 3-5 years creating content in a quality K-12 curriculum or EdTech organisation

- Preferably with 1-2 years teaching grades at a progressive school

- At least 2 years handling a team.

- Driven, hardworking person

- Someone who is a high-energy communicator with an ability to motivate teams

- Must have a core academic expertise in at least one academic subject (i.e., English, math, science, social studies, early childhood education).

- Can manage the deliverables of a multidisciplinary academic team.
