Description:
- Responsible for overall program management across various functions including eCommerce, Marketing, Loyalty, Customer Experience, and product.
- Define best-in-class program management practice including processes and documentation leading to timely, seamless and quality product delivery.
- Build a culture of effective program and project management with strict adherence to processes and quality.
- Responsible for product scoping and business requirement documentation in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Own and lead multiple, simultaneous projects across various functions and ensure effective tracking and escalation.
- Support business and product teams in evaluation of product and services including designing of new initiatives to drive customer engagement, incremental revenue, and customer experience.
- Manage specific product design and implantation basis business requirement.
- Define a seamless communication and reporting process to update various stakeholders on project plans, status and results with clear stats and analysis.
- Ensure highest standards of quality for each release, with use cases, documentation, UAT testing and training plans.
- Work closely with Business and tech teams to define a streamlined product roadmap supporting business needs.
- Anticipate risks and proactively escalate and provide solutions to avoid any business impact.
- Analyse business problem and define technical solution to the problem in consultation with the business and technology team
