Project Manager - eCommerce

Looking to hire a Business Technology professional with over 10-15 years of experience in the ecommerce services industry.

- Must have worked as a Product Manager & Infrastructure Specialist for the last 5+ years, built & lead teams that provide innovative digital solutions for QSR customers.

- Spearheading multiple projects/sprints and overseeing end-to-end implementation

- Creating the product backlog for native mobile applications; and planning the sprint scope basis business & customer value and expected ROI

- Conducting sprint review/retrospective and process improvement

- Manage & execute standardized reporting and ad-hoc analysis on project status

- Resolve issues involving conflicting comments for projects

- Plan team velocity and track sprint/release progress

- Working closely and collaboratively with key stakeholders to define project scope, strategy, deliverables, budget, metrics and outcomes

- Manage project risks, issues, escalations and problem resolutions

- Coach and support project team members

- Play lead role in client retention, relationship building, and communication

- Play lead role in internal and external communication/deliverable quality including technical content of reports, proposals, etc.

- Demonstrate high level of understanding of client's business

- Demonstrate strong knowledge in the industry of specialization.

- High visibility in functional or industry specialty

Eligibility :

- Bachelor's degree in IT & Masters from reputed management school

- Solutions-oriented professional IT consultant who excels at managing projects, collaborating with project teams, interfacing with clients, and deploying technology to build successful solutions for clients.

- Competent technical expert with more than eight years of hands-on development experience.

- Digital Media background would be highly preferable
