Project Manager - Digital Transformation/RPA/Operating Model/Transition

We are seeking an experienced Program/Portfolio Manager to oversee and implement portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with Divisional goals and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive successful project outcomes across diverse team

Responsibilities:

- Process Development: Create and refine administration processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with established standards.

- Governance Frameworks: Implement governance frameworks that align with industry best practices to support program objectives.

- Standards Alignment: Ensure all processes and procedures are in line with professional standards and organizational guidelines.

- Guides the development of the PMO policies and strategy for GBS in line with best practice, Global IT Policy and systems used in project / programme delivery

- Drives continuous improvement in change management and PMO processes and procedures

- Keeps abreast of research, development and emerging practice in the project management profession to drive innovation within the organisation

- Identifies systemic issues with Change Management Framework processes, procedures and templates based on evidence from project / programme delivery

- Supports executive level reporting requirements for Senior Leadership and Board Meeting

MUST HAVE:

- Has extensive knowledge of PPM tools and templates, as well as expertise in integrating different tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Enterprise PPM tools.
