Role- Project Manager - Digital Transformation
Location - Mumbai ( Powai)
Must have - Digital Transformation, BFSI
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end digital transformation projects, including process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Analyze and map current processes ("As Is" state) and design optimized future processes ("To Be" state) that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee project lifecycle, including Project Planning, Governance, Execution, and Reporting.
- Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) to ensure projects are on track and aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop data-driven insights and visualizations using tools like Power BI and Tableau (good to have) for effective reporting and decision-making.
- Interact and collaborate with senior stakeholders, negotiating deliverables, timelines, and expectations.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks while managing risks and issues proactively.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 6-12 years of consulting experience, with significant exposure to digital transformation and process improvement.
- Strong expertise in BFSI / Insurance / Finance industries, with hands-on experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools such as Jira and MS Project.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau is an advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering tangible business results.
