Position: Project Manager - Data Integration (Supply Chain)

Brief:
Supply Chain Project Manager would be responsible for driving and implementing various end to end integration project with our strategic customers. You would be required to work with Order to Cash (O2C) CoE to drive the integration projects.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of core integration technologies, trends, and vendors including EDI, APIs, SAP Ariba, Tradeshift and iPaaS
- Good familiarity with SAP (our global ERP) is a plus, incl. SD and APO
- Experience working agile, using the SAFe or Scrum methodology (or similar)
Job Description:
- Responsible for project managing end-to-end integration projects (incl. ATOM and VMI/VMOI) with our most strategic customers, in line with our customer integration strategy, standards and roadmap, from the kick-off through the planning, design, build and test phases
- Arranging kick-off meetings and engaging internal and external teams (incl. external vendors and customers) to ensure scope and timelines are aligned
- Working with internal stakeholders, customers, and external vendors to ensure clear the project is progressing as planned from a scope, time and cost perspective, and that key issues are resolved where required
- Responsible for understanding business needs and processes, and ensuring the technical solutions meet the business requirements
- Providing first line support for our customer integration services, and escalating to second line support and / or third party vendors when required, to ensure the issues are resolved in a timeline manner
- Monitoring existing integrations with customers from both an operational and commercial perspective, ensuring they are working as agreed once live
- Driving continuous improvement, ensuring lessons learned are captured from each project, and that we continue to optimise our approach to integration projects
- Supporting the scoping and planning our customer integration projects, and ensuring we have the required IT and line of business resources required to deliver each project
- Supporting the definition of our customer integration strategy, ensuring that we provide services that meet and exceed the needs of our customers.
To succeed you must have / be:
- At least 5 years' experience with Project Management ideally with a professional certificate (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience of delivering end-to-end projects, preferably within the supply chain organisation
- Experience with B2B customer integration projects, with some knowledge of VMI, VMOI and ATOM
- Good understanding of both the business and IT, with the ability to communicate across the organisation
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders both within the organisation and at our customers.
