As part of the CE Team, will support the conception and implementation on next generation customer engagement solution, Will also support the execution of selected strategic initiatives, assessing the value creation and cost estimation, ensuring resources and connection within other areas and initiatives.
You will be responsible for :
- Be a core team member of the commercial Innovation Incubator, participating in its initial setup and future daily activities and collaborate in identifying, assessing and selecting innovative ideas from internal and external sources, based on their value proposition.
- Build business cases for applications impacting /aiding business and develop use cases for innovative trends like Patient Support program, e-sales rep, HCP learning academy, Content Factory, AI/IOT based apps etc.
- Participate in commercial innovation strategies and promote them in cooperation with key business stakeholders and present these development and growth opportunities to both internal and external partners and ensure the introduction of new technologies with good support.
- Driving accelerator programmes and ensure the implementation of pilots that can later be scaled across and promote employee engagement through "intrapreneurship" & crowdsourcing by defining, activating, and supporting innovation challenges or hackathons across the company.
- Drive rapid design and development of minimum viable products, supporting future business models and innovation on personalized customer experience and act as a role model for commercial Innovation, Data Ownership and value Creation within commercial team, proactively coaching colleagues into the concepts.
Qualifications :
- Degree in science/Engineering & MBA from Tier 1 Institute
- Preferably a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in Marketing, Consulting, Start-up
- An innovation track record working on, or driving, disruptive projects from idea to launch
- Experience running incubation or acceleration programmes in complex structures and managing projects and pilots
- Internally selling concepts and initiatives that challenges the status quo
- Technology and Data savviness, passionate about latest technology trends and data driven mindset, innovative and curious mindset, with a passion for learning and teaching
- Self-driven and proactive, comfortable to deliver as a team leader, team member and individual contributor
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence others across ALL levels of the organization in order to drive transformational change
- Excellent at building and maintaining constructive and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge in big data, advanced analytics, business intelligence platforms
- Financial and Business Acumen including business case development
- Knowledge of: SCRUM, Agile Methodologies, Change Management, Project Management preferred
