We have an opportunity for a Project Manager for one of our client.

Job Description :

- Support the Project Management activities of CRM Transformation Program.

- Good experience in telecom domain.

- Manage and support Program Activities under individual work stream/s assigned to the resources.

- Conduct stand up calls with partner teams to monitor Development, Testing, Pre-Migration and Go Live timelines for the individual work stream/s assigned.

- Monitor project progress, identify and escalate risks / issues impacting the agreed project timelines including individual work stream timelines assigned to resources.

- Assist in resolving any data requirements, identify and communicate work stream related risks and follow escalation process in consultation with Program Manager.

- Assist in coordination of program activities at overall or individual work stream level between business teams and IT Teams.

- Review and provide assistance to cross functional teams, including vendor teams under the direction of Program Manager.

- Assist in preparing presentations viz. Status update with Partner Teams, Senior Level Management, Steering Committee etc for periodic review by Management.
