PMO (Project Management Officer) - Saudi Arabia
Opportunity Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced PMO professional with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the banking sector, with specific experience in Development Banks or Development Finance Institutions being desirable. The candidate should possess expertise in Corporate Governance, Compliance, AML/CFT, and Anti-fraud, and a keen understanding of concepts related to social financing, SME lending, and microfinance lending.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and support for project management activities across the organization.
- Ensure project alignment with strategic objectives and monitor project progress.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve project-related issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the development of project budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and standards for project management processes.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years experience with a development bank with project management experience.
- Professional experience in KSA and exposure to the banking sector is essential.
- Experience working with Development Banks or Development Finance Institutions is desirable.
- Proven expertise in Corporate Governance, Compliance, AML/CFT, and Anti-fraud.
- Strong understanding of social financing, SME lending, and microfinance lending concepts.
- Management degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
