POSITION : PROJECT MANAGER

EDUCATION : B.E. Civil / PGDACM

EXPERIENCE : 15-18 Years of proven experience in execution and project management of large projects like 5 Star hotels, shopping malls, commercial complexes, etc.

LOCATION : Vadodara/Baroda

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Experience in handling various civil and interior works pertaining to malls including RCC, Structural steel, Masonry, imported marble flooring/dado, plumbing, including, faade, waterproofing, etc.

- Project management for various civil construction including finishing/renovation works.

- Prepare and cross-verify various BOQ as well as estimates for various upcoming projects.

- Ensure timely completion of projects with quality standards, within stipulated timelines/budget.

- Value engineering to bring down costs/timelines.

- Prepare detailed specifications & work mythologies for various projects.

- Prepare the schedule and track for the timely completion of projects.

- Prepare MIS and presentations for review by management.

- Checking and certification of civil and interior bills

- Tracking budget v/s actual for various projects in hand.

- Sound Knowledge about MEP services.

- Coordinate with operations for smooth handover including understanding their requirements, etc. complete.

- Coordination with various agencies for work progress, quality, and timeliness.

- Prepare presentations on work progress, budgets, costing, etc.

- Prepare Budgets, cash flows, and s-curves based on preliminary/detailed drawings.

- Preparation/certification of amendments/extra item/extra quantities.

KEY SKILLS :

- Ability to quickly analyze and act upon project demands.

- Knowledge of applicable laws and standards in construction (Labor laws/municipal regulations etc.)

- Excellent administration & execution skills.

- Knowledge about MSP and know-how of SAP/AutoCAD.
