- SPA Group is a debt free, financially sound, sustainable, and futuristic business conglomerate with a presence in real estate, liquid warehousing, agriculture marketing, energy storage, green technology, and horticulture.

- Our Bangalore office is focused on real estate development and we are seeking a Project Manager to manage and oversee project operations and development.

Job Responsibilities :

- Serve as the bridge between the various agencies (contractors, vendors, engineers, architects) and the company to ensure smooth project execution and define project deadlines.

- Formulate and oversee the project budget, monitor expenses, analyse variances, and suggest cost- effective measures.

- Adept at crisis management promptly and effectively tackle issues for swift resolution.

- High knowledge of MEP and civil to ensure that correct processes are being followed.

- Demonstrate cost negotiation skills when interacting with contractors and vendors.

- Manpower management lead the project team, contractors, and vendors with a compelling leadership presence.

- Provide daily project progress reports to senior management and address any challenges.

- Big picture prioritisation develop project plans encompassing timelines, budgets, tasks, and efficient resource allocation.

- Suggest reliable, high quality vendors and contractors that the company can build long term relationships with Oversee construction procedures, assuring adherence to high quality standards and project specifications.

- Maintain project progress documentation and communication.

Job Requirements :

- Degree in Engineering or Project / Construction Management.

- Must commute to the site daily and must possess their own vehicle.

- Minimum of 7-9 years of proven experience in project management in the real estate industry.

- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and vendor/contractor management.

- Good networking skills and having a sufficient database of vendors, contractors and service. providers.
