b. Coordinate with stakeholders to understand project objectives and expectations.
2. Team Leadership and Management:
a. Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
b. Conduct regular team meetings to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives.
3. Budgeting and Cost Management:
a. Create and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost efficiency.
b. Review and approve project expenditures, controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Schedule and Timeline Management:
a. Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
b. Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
5. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
a. Identify project risks, analyze their potential impact, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
b. Implement measures to minimize risks and maintain project continuity.
6. Quality Control and Compliance:
a. Ensure construction activities comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
b. Conduct quality inspections to guarantee work meets specified requirements.
7. Stakeholder Communication:
a. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
b. Facilitate effective communication between clients, contractors, architects, and other involved parties.
