Key Responsibilities:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.

Site Supervision:

- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.

- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.

- Foster a positive and productive working environment.

Stakeholder Coordination:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders.

- Maintain strong communication channels to ensure alignment and satisfaction.

Budget and Cost Management:

- Monitor project budgets and expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.

- Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.

Compliance and Safety:

- Ensure all projects adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.

- Promote and enforce rigorous safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
