Project Manager - Construction/Hospitality/Hotel Industry

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager with 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in the Construction / Hospitality / Hotel industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing large-scale projects, ensuring that all aspects of construction, development, and hotel operations are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Planning and Management: Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Team Coordination: Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of the project. Supervise and guide cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

- Budget and Cost Management: Ensure that the project is completed within the agreed budget and that costs are effectively managed throughout all stages of development.

- Quality Control and Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. Perform regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.

- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Resolve any challenges or issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with clients, senior management, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and budget.

- Hotel Operations Oversight (if applicable): In addition to overseeing construction, contribute to the operational aspects of hotel projects, ensuring alignment between design and operational functionality.

Key Requirements :

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, specifically in the Construction, Hospitality, or Hotel industry.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, construction processes, and hospitality industry best practices.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from concept to completion.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
