Project Manager - Construction/Civil

Project Management-

1.Offer quality Pre-construction advice, planning and project administration services.Offer significant strategic scheduling - execute project performance and logistics.

2. Taking the lead of the project from scheduling and successfully executing assigned project and occupant setting up projects scrutinizing present and planned designs with as area expertise in civil construction, MEP services , interiors,landscaping,special treatments to building systems ;

- Formulate plans for procurement contractors,program projects,choose and acquire materials,assign employees and appoint competent contractors;subcontractors,supervise all phases of project carrying out; endorse engineering and designing changes; troubleshoot and determine intricate technical problems,constantly meeting project deadlines and maximum possible excellence standards.

- Keep up clear communications and positive associations with clients, contractors, sub contractors, consultants, vendors and finance team.

- Review of designs for functional compliance, fitment within budgetary outlays and value engineering of options generated.

- Coordination of structural, interior and MEP designs for corroboration and weeding out anomalies for execution.

- Costing of Civil, Interior and MEP works to ensure award of contracts at fair market linked costs.

- Pre contract Management ensuring verification and improvement to all contract documents to ensure compliance with agreed terms of performance, specification, standards, liabilities and regulatory norms.

- Schedule management and review of works.

- Management and control of supervision practices during execution

- Minimum 17 -25 years of experience in Civil, MEP, Fitouts, facade in healthcare/Hospitality/Commercial

- Minimum 10 years of experience in leading the project/construction team

- Experience in hotel/hospital/commercial projects

- Skills in planning, sequencing, material delivery, manpower deployment, implementation, etc.
