Project Manager - Construction/Civil

JD:

- To ensure completion of project in defined time and cost.

- Planning, Allocating & Monitoring resources to ensure successful completion of project.

- Ensure compliance with project & quality specifications.

- Identify and organize sub contractors of PRW's for execution of civil works.

- Continually improve work practices, resource productivity, efficiency, etc.

- Preparing work forecast / budget and cash flow requirement.

- Ensure cost compliance within budget and improved margins.

- Ensure timely communication with concerned authorities to record change order / variation, etc.

- Lead and direct the entire project team for seamless operation.

- Mitigating project loses by ensuring prompt client correspondence for extra items / work done.

- Ensure compliance with safety manual & safety action plan specific to project.

- Ensure statutory compliance as per labour law requirements

- Maitain good relations with local bodies and surrounding community

Exposure:

- Handled piling projects : value of Rs.10Cr. and above preferable

- Handled Industrial Civil projects : value of Rs.50Cr. and above preferable.

- Exposure to work planning forecast and Cashflow Management.

- Efficiently handled local issues.

- Profit Centre responsibility for a project / projects.
