Project Management with a Purpose:
- We're seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team.
- In this critical role, you'll oversee 2-3 project sites simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- You'll leverage your strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to manage teams, navigate challenges, and exceed client expectations.
What You'll Do:
- Project Orchestrator: Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, managing resources effectively to keep projects on track.
- Cost Control Champion: Monitor expenses, identify and mitigate potential cost overruns, and ensure adherence to project budgets.
- Team Leader & Motivator: Lead and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative and safety-conscious work environment.
- Risk Management Expert: Proactively identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Quality Assurance Advocate: Conduct regular inspections, enforce quality standards, and resolve any deficiencies identified during the construction process.
Client Communication Bridge: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and timely updates on project progress, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to monitor project performance, prevent escalations, and inform key decisions.
- Procurement Proactive: Collaborate closely with the procurement team to ensure timely issuance of purchase orders and material availability.
- Reporting & Transparency: Prepare and present MIS reports to management, maintaining accurate and detailed project documentation.
- Issue Escalation Strategist: Timely escalate critical issues to senior management to prevent project delays and ensure effective resolution.
Who We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master's in Management preferred).
-Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or equivalent certification (a plus).
- Proficiency in project management software (e. , Microsoft Project, Primavera P6), AutoCAD, and construction management tools.
- Exemplary leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
