Project Manager - Construction

We are hiring for the role of Project Manager with one of an esteemed client in Dubai.

Qualification : BE Civil

Years of Exp : 10 yrs+

Budgeting of the project.

Monitoring of prepared Budget.

Preparation of Schedule in Consultation with Planning Engineer.

Micro Planning of Individual Activity in the schedule

Co-ordination with different contractors to keep the progress as per given schedule

Generate work schedules for each project under supervision.

Carrying out regular site checks to ensure progress and adequate quality control are maintained

Taking adequate measures to ensure the timely submission of all projects deliverables.

Pre Requisite : The person should be one who is on field and not managing remotely. He has to be present on site everyday
