Job Title: Project Manager (Construction)

Job Role: Project Management for civil construction projects - Commercial, Warehouse, etc.

Job Location:Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control and timely completion of projects

- Ensure consistency with company commitments & goals to ensure overall defined execution of the project(s)

- Establishing and maintaining the schedule baselines and ensure project control mechanisms are in place to monitor performance

- Working closely with consultants and main contractors

- Risk Management and reporting

Candidate profile:

- 10-15 years of relevant experience

- Experience of handling/managing execution of large size civil construction projects

- Knowledge of project management techniques and tools

- Periodic review, track project deliverables

- Periodic Monitoring & report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
