Opening with one of the leading US Based HR Process Consulting, Mumbai

Position: Project Manager Conferences (Corporate Events)

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Qualification: MBA / PGDM / PG Diploma

Job Responsibilities:

- Build the brand for company and the 'Best Workplaces Conferences' by creating India's largest Corporate Events business around workplace and managing media relationships around it.

- Plan the business strategy and in line with the strategy execute best workplaces conferences and other learning events on different themes related to creating great workplaces.

- Plan and execute a strategy for ensuring sponsorship revenue and manage relationships with key partners in the conference business

- Review and lead a team to ensure targeted number of conference delegate participation and delegate sales targets are achieved

- Track and monitor event operations and ensure the required process is being followed and necessary controls are in place to ensure consistent high quality delivery of conference experience to delegates and partners

- Design the learning events to meet customer's needs while keeping in mind, brand positioning, media requirements, business strategy and sponsor / partner needs.

- Be a part of senior management team and build synergies between the Study, Consulting, Events (Including Best Employers Club*), Research and other activities of the Firm.
