Our Client, US MNC, provides clinical trial design services and specialized statistical applications primarily for the biotech and pharmaceutical research markets, is currently having excellent opportunities for Project Manager for Clinical Trial Domain.

Designation: Project Manager for Clinical Trial Domain.

Job location: Pune.

Qualification: Masters in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Biotechnology, Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) or Other Relevant Fields

Experienced: minimum 8 years

Job Requirements Education:

- Master’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Biotechnology, Engineering (B.Tech. / B.E.) or other relevant fields with MBA preferred Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in a techno-managerial role in an IT Services organization with experience in SAS® programming

- Managerial experience in a CRO is welcome. Experience in KPO as an SLA manager could also be suitable

- Strong analytical background

- Strong project management experience in leading large teams with attention to detail, delivering highest level of quality, and demonstrated ability meeting on time delivery

- Preferably experienced and knowledgeable in using project management tools; a good understanding of resource allocation, and utilization against requirements

- Proactively recognizing organizational growth, hiring, building and managing a team as and when needed

- Strong skills in organization, planning, problem solving, and ability to interface at all levels within different cultures, both internally and externally

- Excellent oral and written communication skills; good interpersonal skills

- This position entails client interaction, SOP creation and maintenance, documenting Requirements Specifications, managing resources, creating and monitoring project plans, and interfacing with the functional team to ensure quality and timely delivery to overseas clients . In addition, this individual is expected to.

- Maintaining the defined SLA

- Ensure that the team has read and understood the program specifications document.

- Review the SAS analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures as per specifications.

- Review programs to create graphs and tables that are required in CSRs, safety reports, efficacy reports, etc. ensuring on-time quality delivery.

- Co-ordinate with the client for clarity of specifications, data issues, outliers, reviews, schedules, etc.

- Ensure that all the above tasks are as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) to the respective client(s) as applicable

- Able to solve the technical coding problems of the team.

- Ability to develop and implement organizational HR policies and procedures

- Report and work closely with executive management in setting uniform vision and direction across the organization

- Participate in Management reviews meetings on Video Conferencing
