Project Manager - Chemical/Mfg

Position : Project Manager

Company-One of India's largest Conglomerates.

Location-Indonesia

Job Description :

1. Prepare detailed Project Plan and Work Breakdown Structure for the Line 7 Project and constantly update it.

2. Ensure Project Scope is tightly managed & the management change process is followed, with a view to prevent scope creep

3. Interact with the Finance & Commercial Team, Plant Operations Team, Site Safety team, Engineering Design Consultants, Civil Design Consultants, Vendors to monitor progress of the project and to facilitate proper resource planning; so as to ensure that the Project progresses as per plan

4. Monitor Project costs and ensure that there are no over-runs versus budget

5. Discuss with the key stakeholders on a regular basis, the activities that need to be addressed on priority with a view to ensure that no delays occur and to de-risk the project both from a planning and execution perspective

6. Ensure that the objectives of the Line 7 Project as laid down in the Project Charter are achieved

7. Assist in preparation of MIS reports related to Project Cost and Schedule

Qualifications & Experience :

1. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/MBA

2. 10+ years of work experience in reputed organizations

3. Project planning & execution experience in similar size projects in the Chemicals industry
