Project Manager - Cement

We have an urgent opening for Project Manager in a cement based Company. The company manufactures Ready mix and concrete.

Job location- Delhi /NCR(Gurgaon) but its a PAN India Profile

Salary- current package should not be more than 12 lakh.

Preferred- Male Candidates

Necessary- The candidates should have handled Concrete & Ready mix products

Responsibilities

Objective:

- The incumbent is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, ensuring compliance with quality standards. The responsibilities span a broad spectrum, covering all the areas of project management like - Project Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, & Safety Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up aggregate Plants & mining operations for project locations

- Run project plants & lead the operational team including any contractor

- Proficient in implementing preventive, predictive and service maintenance schedules, tracking breakdowns and rectifying it for smooth running of Mining and Infrastructure Plants and equipments using latest maintenance techniques

- In-depth knowledge of increasing equipment productivity and availability through Reliability management, motivation and training of operators.

- A strategic maintenance planner with adeptness in implementing cost reduction measures to achieve savings in terms of material and procurement.

- Excellent communication skills with troubleshooting capabilities, capable of identifying and handling technical as well as commercial issues related to equipment and machineries .

- Should have good networking in the construction fraternity – developers, O&M Contractors, Aggregates & Concrete Industry

- Accountable for timely & accurate site MIS & billing cycle adherence

- Asset management, Capital Equipment procurement/Leasing/ hiring based on cost benefit analysis, Equipment life cycle cost, Equipment maintenance strategies, Plant and equipment Maintenance & Operations, Planning for maximizing equipment mechanical efficiency, Projection/monitoring & control of equipment operating cost for equipment.

- Identifies business development & opportunities as they relate to a specific project.

- Leads proposal efforts including completing project scoping.
