Project Manager - Business Transformation - Green Belt/Black Belt Certified - BPO - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

The Project Manager, Business Transformation is responsible for project managing, mentoring medium to high complexity six sigma/ non-six sigma projects. Would be expected to play the role of an internal business consultant for India operations, to identify, prioritize & drive business process improvement projects that create incremental value for the businesses. Independently partnering with the businesses to drive execution of the identified projects/initiatives, while displaying strong project management competencies, reporting out implementation progress and knowledge building results. The Project Manager will report to the AVP of Business Transformation, in line with team's requirements.

Job Description:

- Should liaison with the business leaders to identify, define & execute high impact improvement projects to stakeholders satisfaction.

- Lead cross-functional Lean Six Sigma Black belt projects and mentor Green/Yellow Belt projects across business lines.

- Develop project business cases, CBAs to validate project priority & socialise with management team members.

- Solution design with a focus on elimination of redundant work, automation, driving standardization

Required Skills :

Education : MBA/PGDM from any tier 1 institute

Experience : 5 to 6 years in a process improvement role

Certification : Green Belt Certified / Black belt Certified/ Tested

Technical skills : Project Management, Process Re engineering, Lean tools, Data mining & Analysis, Statistical analysis tools like Minitab/JMP

PC skills : Strong proficiency in MS Office ( including Excel, Visio and Powerpoint)
