- Define and evaluate Business Requirements based on inputs from business stakeholders, market study for the development of the project.
- Assess and evaluate the feasibility of all requirements in the project design and review impact analysis on the process benefits post live the projects.
- Gather detailed business functional and non-functional requirements from the users and Develop BRDs.
- Perform root cause analysis to initiate corrective action for meeting quality objectives.
- Identify Digital journey integrations required for making existing process seamless
- Should possess strong technical understanding of the home loan product to come with Business Solutions.
- Should be able to handle all aspects of deployment including business process mapping, requirements gathering, process configuration, documenting process flows, user interface configuration, user set-up and testing support.
- Should manage system releases of the product, in co-ordination with Service Provider, IT and Operations team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Strong understanding of Process design and systems orientation.
- Excellent at inter-departmental co-ordination.
- Good grasp of Project management and timeline controls.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED :
- Graduate / Post Graduate with 3+ Years of experience.
- Strong Inter-personal, relationship building and leadership skills
- Good Articulation ability, decision making and Leadership Skills.
