Project Manager - Business Planning Consolidations & SAP S4/HANA

Looking for BE+MBA (tier II colleges)

- The Project Manager will play a key role in supporting the implementation of BPC (Business Planning Consolidations) and SAP S4/HANA for Finance and also lead and develop two SAP Analysts and provide administrative support to 10 people.

- The Project Manager will be responsible for helping with the implementation of BPC Embedded for Planning Forecasting and Reporting (PFR) across Finance.

- They will learn the current PFR and custom SAP processes at Lilly to support the global financial community. The Manager will partner with the global BPC/S4 implementation team to help implement and support solution for the business.

- The manager will be responsible to ensure maintenance of documentation, training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

- The Manager will supervise and coach the SAP Analysts to learn BPC planning and forecasting capability. They will be responsible for the development of the team members through coaching, mentoring, career planning.
