Project Manager - Business Finance - BFS

- To apply project management skills, tools and techniques to successfully deliver projects within approved parameters in terms of scope, cost and quality.

- Managing multiple automation projects under Business Finance reporting analytics from project initiation till final go live.

- Support changes/enhancements in existing ongoing projects and facilitate the requirements of Business team.

- Act as bridge between technology team and business team and ensure the given timelines are adhered and met.

- Prepare and manage updates to steering committee and the project team.

- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

- Issue status reports to the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans;

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the purpose of project execution.

- Foster strong partnerships with customers/stakeholders/sponsors/vendors

- Perform Risk Management to minimize project risks

- Lead process of issue identification and resolution

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
