As a Project Manager, you will lead and deliver projects that provide support to leading European companies in their international business development and expansion in India. The projects involve market expansion, sales support, stakeholder analysis and operational support.

Description :
As a Project Manager, you will lead and deliver projects that provide support to leading European companies in their international business development and expansion in India. The projects involve market expansion, sales support, stakeholder analysis and operational support.
You will also be part of a business development team, drive client dialogues, and insight driven initiatives of new business opportunities, as well as prospecting and developing customer value propositions. You will contribute in ensuring that we are seen as a trusted advisor, with a clear point of view relating to our clients' most pressing challenges on India market. Client dialogues are expected to be carried out independently where you will conduct outreach, proposal development and closure.

Profile :
- Background as a management consultant and relevant work experience for at least 8-11 Years (Project Manager level)
- Consulting experience from Big 4 and/or Strategy consulting firms would be an added advantage
- Candidates with PMP certificates is an added advantage
- Higher academic degree, Master of Science in Business, Administration or/and Engineering preferable from Tier-1 B-School
- Successful sales and strong client service business acumen, with a proven track record of developing and executing deals with deep customer insight, strong negotiation and closing skills
- Independently manage and deliver projects
- Strong sales/BD and proposal drafting experience
- Leadership experience from leading teams and an interest in developing and growing talent
- Interaction with external stakeholders, ideally both government and private sector
- Self-motivator and accountable team player and leader
- Thrive on working on multiple client dialogues and engagements at once, and seek out cross-functional engagement
- Previous experience from working with management consulting or other advisory services on India/APAC market is highly meriting
- A high level of proficiency in both written and spoken English is a requirement
