Project Manager:
Introduction:
The role requires an experienced, high caliber professional with good functional and product knowledge to work with business stakeholders and key suppliers to identify, quantify, plan and deliver change.
The position calls for professional with proficiency in implementing complex technology changes across the Corporate & associated landscape.
What will you be doing?
- Responsible for implementing technology solutions to meet business requirements, in line with Platform and Group IT Strategies and Architectures.
- Working with management to help define and implement aspects of the strategy and vision.
- Translating gaps between current state architecture and strategy into a project plan/roadmap
- Identifying, assessing and managing project risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies, escalating as appropriate via the agreed governance framework
- Controlling the scope of projects, ensuring that rigorous change control is exercised
- Ensuring that sufficient level of detail project and quality plans are prepared and maintained for complex projects, providing regular and accurate reports on progress against plan to stakeholders as appropriate
- Ensuring sufficient level of flexibility and tolerance provided to tackle complex nature of project. Maintaining control of exceptions outside tolerance
- Ensuring project dependencies and assumptions are factored into the planning process
- Setting out the business case for the programme taking into account information on benefits, costs, risks and timescales, concluding on whether it is desirable, viable and achievable

- Ability to suggest and influence delivery of tactical solutions without compromising on quality so as to meet Business expectations & Delivery timelines.
- Ability influence the BtB teams working on the solution to arrive at the most optimal solution keeping control of costs & timelines.
- Experience of managing large projects in a regulated and matrixed environment
- Proficient in project management software - Jira, Agile Central, Microsoft Project
Business Analyst:
Overall Purpose of the Role
As a Business Analyst you will design solutions architecture effectively, deliver on our group strategy and satisfy all our stakeholders, to deliver our initiatives consistently and transparently. You will also get the opportunity to run and assure the design delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they achieve their outcomes to plan.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for working with application owners to define business requirements and feeding this into the required teams.
- Work independently to elicit, validate and document system requirements in BOs, Feature, User story.
- Provide support to the Lead Business Analyst, helping to define analysis approach in line with the strategic vision of the Programme and the preferred methodology of the Organisation.
- Face off to one or many business areas/SME's understanding high level requirements and challenging where necessary.
- Participation in the Design process coordinated by the Programme Management team- help to ensure the functionality/benefits envisaged are delivered.
- Support the Testing Strategy and input into the coverage of Test scenarios and conditions ensuring all requirements in scope are tested.
- Where applicable, during testing own the resolution of defects pertaining to requirement working with test teams and SMEs.
- Where applicable work with functional or business areas and SMEs to plan migrations of users and or transactions.
- Participate in helping to perform system training for new users, or when new functionality is released.
What we are looking for:
- Experience working as a hands-on BA on large and complex workflow projects.
- Experience in Liquidity Management/ Cash Management domain/Money Market Mutual funds will be a big plus.
- Maintaining excellent relationships and communication with global stakeholders, other IT teams, and business areas, vendors and SI partners.
- Good Interpersonal Skills, excellent Team Player and superior communication skills are must have traits of this role.
- Ability to clarify requirements with stakeholders to resolve gaps, uncertainties and conflicts
