Job Overview:

- The Project Manager for DotPe will play a key role in managing and executing projects that drive our business forward. This includes delivering key data-driven insights, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, managing project timelines, and ensuring smooth operations in our fintech product development lifecycle.

- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong operational and technical skills, exceptional communication capabilities, and experience in working in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of key projects within the Financial Services vertical.


- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.

- Data Analysis & Insights: Provide valuable data insights to stakeholders through detailed analysis. Leverage tools like SQL, Power BI, and Tableau (preferred) to gather, analyze, and visualize data for performance metrics, trend analysis, and decision-making support.

- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent, transparent communication across teams. Regularly report project status, risks, and deliverables to senior management and other relevant teams.

- Operational Support: Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure smooth execution of processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, finance, engineering, and operations, to track progress and resolve challenges.

- Risk Management & Reporting: Identify potential risks and roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively manage risks by communicating early and providing solutions. Maintain project documentation, status reports, and updates in a clear and actionable format.

- Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement in project delivery and internal processes. Work towards streamlining operations and optimizing workflow to enhance productivity and meet deadlines.

- Financial Services Expertise: Leverage a strong understanding of the financial services landscape to ensure that the projects align with industry trends and meet compliance requirements.

- Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with product managers and product development teams to ensure product features meet customer needs and are delivered on time. Assist in setting project priorities and defining project requirements.

- Tool Utilization: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) extensively for creating project plans, financial models, reports, presentations, and dashboards. Strong proficiency in SQL to manage, query, and analyze large datasets. Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and Tableau (preferred) for advanced data visualizations is an advantage.

Key Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

- Experience: 4-6 years of experience of relevant experience (BFSI or Fintech Industry).

- Skills & Competencies:

- Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.

- Hands-on experience with SQL for querying, data extraction, and analysis.

- Expertise in Power BI for reporting and visualization, with knowledge of Tableau as a preferred additional skill.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to manage and report effectively to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
