Job Description - Project Manager
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
- Engage with Business Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for re-engineering / automation or functional aspects of process/platform to be implemented
- Draw a roadmap for project execution clearly outlining the roles and responsibilities of the concerned stake holders and the timelines for specific milestones
- Document and diagram the existing and proposed environment and the process flows
- Engage with cross-functional teams to develop Business Requirement Documentation for the project that is clearly understood by both the business users and the design and development partners / agencies
- Identify and document the scope, benefits, constraints and risks associated with the projects and the impact of the project based on clearly outlined metrics
- Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to drive out requirements
- Liaise and coordinate with Business Process Owners and design and development partners to ensure smooth execution of project
- Develop detailed Test Plans for User Acceptance Testing
- Document and follow through on the identified issues / bugs and drive resolution
- Develop and drive change management and user adoption
Note: The Project Associate is expected to work under the guidance and leadership of Project Lead.
Qualifications and Skill sets required:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management in BFSI domain
- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Should have a strong command on Data and Data Analytics
- Strong understanding of statistics / statistical tools
- The candidate must have strong knowledge of Python and Python Libraries like Pandas, Numpy and Matplot
- The candidate must have strong knowledge of front-end analytical tools like Power BI, Looker Studio etc.
- Should be adept at drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, partners and stakeholders. Demonstrate strong collaboration across all levels of the organization
- Effective persuasive communication including the ability to influence stakeholders towards change, automation and continuous process improvement
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced delivery environment
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
