Location - Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad & Gurgaon

Experience - 4.5 to 10 Years

Salary - Up To 20 LPA

Must have :

- Project Manager in Financial Services (Banking) domain , global banks as Project Manager for Retail / Wholesale / Global banking OR ESG OR Cross border payments transformation

- Communication Skills

- Negotiation skills

- Articulation skills

- PMP Certification

Experience:

- Good banking domain understanding (Global Bank exposure- Mandatory) of Retail / Wholesale / Global banking OR ESG OR Cross border payments transformation

- Experienced in managing large Projects or Programmes for international banking clients

- Strong alignment with Agile ways or working

- Experienced in at least 2-3 Digital project delivery in large banks

- Core PM Skills - Planning, Tracking, Risks & Issues Management, Cost & Benefits Management, Change Impact Assessment, Reporting and Resourcing

- Delivery and not consulting orientation

- Experienced in working with senior and cross geography stakeholders

- Strong communication, articulation and negotiation skills

- Experience in working on Transformation projects (vs pure IT delivery or Process reengineering)

- Certifications preferred : PMP, CSM, Agile

Required:

- Candidate should have global banking experience

- Should have worked on Banking projects as functional BA not as an operational or technical BA

- Should have min of 4.5yrs of experience

Additional Information

- Qualification:- Any graduation is fine. B.Tech./B.E. is preferred but not mandatory.

- Candidate's MUST have experience in Global banking
