- Drive IT projects to change the business.

- Review and report progress to relevant stakeholders. project scope, schedule, budget and project org stake holder commitment and management approvals

- Schedule variance is within expected limits

- Project documentation

- Project Cost, schedule and scope related decisions.

- Manage vendor account managers.
